    2. Hospitality Softwares Fidelio
    3. F&B Service , Banquets , Dining Etiquettes, Table Manners and Table layout,
    4. Housekeeping Operations
    5. Basics of French Language and terms used
    6. Different types of Menu
    7. F&B Production , Menu Planning , Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages
    8. Emergency Services
    9. In-flight Services and meals served on board
    10. Various types of cutlery
    11. Room servicing and different type of rooms
